Located at 2550 Main Street adjacent to Phillips Metropolitan CME Church, Phillips Health Center (PHC) is the Hartford Northend’s first dedicated, full service health and wellness center.
Yes, we truly are your neighborhood place for health and wellness. With our eight on-site health care providers, we provide comprehensive primary care and on-site pharmacy, behavioral health, domestic abuse and substance abuse services from pre-natal care to senior care. Our providers work with St. Francis Hospital and other regional health care providers.
